 Isaac and I went out to Antelope Island in the Great Salt Lake and rode bikes with the Teachers Quorum. It was a lot of fun and we both had a great time. I was very out of shape and felt it the whole time. I was sore for 5 days afterwards but it was still worth it. The lake on the other side is astonishingly beautiful.
